A useful first visit is less about bringing many items and more about bringing the information that helps the physician understand your goals, prior treatments and relevant medical history.
Bring ID, a confirmed payment method and accurate treatment history.
For a first visit to Newline Clinic, bring the identification document you use for medical registration, a confirmed payment method, and any information that may affect treatment planning. This includes previous aesthetic procedures, medication use, allergies and relevant medical history. Photos of previous treatments or desired outcomes can also make the consultation more specific.

Bring a current list when relevant. Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from the clinician who prescribed it.
Bring procedure names, dates, device names, filler or injectable products, doses or shot counts when known.
Photos can help explain previous results or your treatment goals, but they do not replace physician assessment.
Write down your main questions and mention flights, work or important events that may affect recovery planning.
Share medication names and doses when relevant. Do not change prescribed medication without speaking to the prescribing clinician.
Tell the clinic about known medication, anesthetic, adhesive or other relevant allergies.
