A 5-day dermatology itinerary in Busan Seomyeon.
A real day-by-day plan that combines treatment, recovery, and recovery-friendly sightseeing — designed by JRYN Seomyeon for international patients with limited time. Tested across 200+ foreign patient trips.
5 days, structured.
Treatment on Day 2. Recovery built in. Light sightseeing on rest days.
The fundamental rule of a successful Busan dermatology trip: schedule heavier treatments on Day 2, leaving days 3–4 for recovery and rest, and Day 5 for final check-up before flying home. This gives any swelling, bruising, or post-laser redness time to resolve before you board your flight. Light treatments (botox touch-ups, mild boosters) can stack on Day 4. Sightseeing is recovery-aware: Gwangalli sunset, Jagalchi market, Bosu-dong Book Street on rest days — not Geumjeongsan hiking or hot springs. JRYN customizes this template based on your specific treatments and physical limits.

When 5 days works
,
and when to extend.
Honest answer: 5 days fits most foreign patients but a few specific cases want longer.
5 days works if you're

- Combining treatments needing 48h+ spacing
- Want time for filler/threadlift settling
- Want full Seoul + Busan combo trip
- Are anxious about flying with any swelling
