Within 24 hours we reply in your language (English/Japanese/Mandarin) with: treatment plan, USD/JPY/TWD pricing, recommended appointment slot. Quote valid 30 days. If you confirm within 30 days, your price is locked. Confirmed booking with specific date requires 30% deposit(refundable up to 7 days before appointment). Walk-in slots available(8–10 daily) but pre-booked slots strongly recommended for foreign patients to ensure language staff availability. Email alternative: international@seomyeondermatologyclinic.com (24–36h response). Visit-day documentation: passport, K-ETA approval, list of medications/allergies.

If you proceed, 30% deposit via bank transfer or credit card. We email payment instructions in English. Deposit refundable up to 7 days before appointment. Reschedule within 7 days: no penalty (deposit transfers to new date).
Email confirmation: appointment date/time, address with map, language staff name on duty, hotel recommendations within walking distance, what to bring, post-treatment expectations, K-ETA reminder if applicable.
WhatsApp from JRYN 24h before appointment confirming you're on track. Final logistics: hotel check-in time, walking directions, any preparation (skip caffeine, retinoids etc.). Brief Q&A if you have last-minute questions.
Front desk check-in (10 min). Brief in-person consultation with Dr. Lee. Numbing wait. Treatment. Post-care. Departure with aftercare kit and follow-up schedule. Total visit: 60–90 min for most treatments.
Fastest response (≤24h). Multi-language. Photo sharing. Persistent conversation. Best for: first-time foreign patients planning ahead. Use this channel.
Slower response (24–36h). Multi-language. Better for sharing larger documents (medical history, lab results). Best for: patients with complex prior medical history.
Same-day slots available 8–10 daily. No advance booking needed. Best for: return JRYN patients on quick top-up visits, locals, KTX day-trippers with flexibility.
Korean only. Time-zone friction. Not recommended for foreign patients unless Korean-speaking. Use WhatsApp instead.

Some medical tourism agencies book on behalf. JRYN works with major reputable agencies. Beware: some agencies charge agency fees. Direct WhatsApp booking has no extra cost.
Required for invitation letter (if needed) and for clinical record. Spell exactly as on passport. Don't use nicknames or partial names — Korean clinical records require legal name.
Specific date or range. Earliest possible / latest possible dates. JRYN finds available slots within your range. If your dates aren't flexible, share specific dates and we work to fit them.
Either specific treatments ('Ultherapy Prime full face') or general concerns ('jawline sag', 'glow', 'dark spots'). JRYN translates concerns into recommended treatments. Both inputs work.
Selfies in good lighting from front, left side, right side. Bare skin, no makeup if possible. Helps Dr. Lee evaluate before consultation. Saves clinic time and helps you get accurate quote.
Especially: blood thinners (Aspirin, Coumadin, etc.), retinoids, recent fillers/botox, steroids, antibiotics. Pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Some treatments are contraindicated; sharing upfront prevents day-of cancellation.
If you had filler, botox, or laser within 3 months, mention timing and provider. Affects compatibility with JRYN treatments. Doesn't disqualify; just informs planning. Privacy respected — won't be shared externally.
